Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your experience at The Peach Club. However, due to the digital nature of our programs, we offer limited refunds.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Training Programs, Downloads)

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once content has been delivered, you have received your training plan unless required by law.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Technical issues preventing access to content (unresolved within 7 days)

  • Incorrect charge or billing error

To request a refund, contact us at support@thepeachclub.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us with your full name, order number, and reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to ban you from future purchases and revoke access to all products.
